Moundsville, WV – The Marshall County Health Department will be increasing prices on clinical services offered at the facility as adopted by the Health Department Board, August 21, 2019.  This increase is caused by continuing rise in costs of medication/vaccines, postage and supplies. This price increase is minimal, and something we must do in order to continue to provide the community with the quality you’ve come to expect. This increase will go into effect on October 1, 2019. If you have any questions or comments, please contact Tom Cook, Administrator at the health department (304) 845-7480
