Moundsville, WV – The Marshall County Health Department will be increasing prices on environmental services offered at the facility as adopted by the Health Department Board, December 11, 2019.  This increase is caused by continuing rise in costs of personnel, equipment, postage and supplies. This price increase is necessary, and something we must do in order to continue to provide the community with the quality you’ve come to expect. This the first increases in fee since 2014.
